Coat color

Name: Arsathas Chanel

Genetic analyses A-Lokus Agouti (PCR)
Result: genotype at/at

Interpretation: The dog is homozygous for the allele at/at at
the A-Locus. That means the coat is black-and-tan/tricolor in the
pigmented areas if the A-Locus is expressed (depending on the K-Locus).
The dog can only pass the at-Allele onto its offspring.
The result is only valid for the submitted sample.

B-locus (Coat color brown) - PCR
Result: genotype B/B

Interpretation: The dog is a non-carrier of the genetic mutation
that is responsible for the brown coat color (b).
The dog can not pass the "b" mutation onto its offspring.
The currently known mutations that are responsible for the
brown coat color were analyzed.

D-locus (Dilution) - PCR
Result: genotype D/D

Interpretation: The dog is a noncarrier of the dilute gene
that is responsible for the intensity of the coat colour.
The dog can not pass this mutation onto its offspring.

M-Lokus* (Merle, cryptic Merle) - PCR
Result: genotype N/N

Interpretation: The dog is homozygous for the Non-Merle allele.
The dog is a non-carrier of the genetic mutation that is responsible
for the Merle colouration. The Merle colouration will not be passed
onto its offsprings.
